The handlebars should be adjusted to be just below the riders waistline. To adjust the height of the handlebars, open the quick lock, releasing the tube. Adjust to proper height and close the lock immediately. To tighten the lock, move the adjustable nut on the lock. It should take as much strength as possible to close the spanner when adjusted correctly.
