How is data edited in the CareScience Reporting Solution?
If CareScience identifies the sample data for you to be reviewed, we will provide a list of patient records that should be reviewed and pre-populate common data elements into the Web-based tool. The Web-based tool has a number of front-end filters and skip-logic to prevent errors in data submission. Once data is submitted, CareScience will validate the data again utilizing our standard validation methodologies for the Quality Manager. Once data has been validated via either method of submission (flat file or Web-based), a “missing data” report will be generated within 24 hours of submission. Clients are then able to resend individual records as necessary to correct any missing or invalid data.
