• As an assisted living residence for seniors, we are registered as a Housing with Services Establishment and meet the rules of the State of MN to use Assisted Living in our title and marketing. Emerald Care is our Class F Home Care license through the Minnesota Department of Health. We are also licensed under the State of Minnesotas Board and Lodging rules, which include annual inspections of our buildings and food service operations.
