How is geothermal energy helpful?
Geothermal is particularly quirksome/awsome because when we capture the geothermal energy (use heat to generate steam and then electricity) we are really just capturing that energy that is escaping from the earth, and then sending it along it’s way. ITS PERFECT… just take the heat that’s going to get out anyway, and use it to make electricity… this just might catch on… (drastic oversimplification; however the high-level logic still stands).
