How is OpenSEA related to the IETF, IEEE, and TCG?
The OpenSEA Alliance is focused on the implementation of standards defined in other organizations and as such has no formal position within existing standards bodies. Many of the OpenSEA Alliance members are active in these groups however. The OpenSEA Alliance’s objective is to work with standards bodies, support broad industry efforts, and develop open source offerings based upon open standards. The OpenSEA Alliance 802.1X supplicant follows this model.
