Well, one is smoked and the other is deep fried in peanut oil. Each is unique and well known on a national basis! Our birds are injected with the Geaux Juice which is injected in to all areas of the meat of the bird. There is NO smoking at all. Thus our Spicy Cajun Fried Turkeys when re-heated unleash a sweet orange juice/margarine/Cajun Seasoning Mix throughout the entire bird. When cut into, these injected juices run throughout the entire bird. Greenberg turkeys are different in that they are smoked, therefore not having the same consistency as a fried turkey! OH, we have not been on Oprah as Greenberg smoked turkeys have been, BUT we certainly have been featured nationally on the Food Network as previously mentioned!
