How is prostitution illegal when porn is legal?
It basically has everything to do with money. It’s too hard to keep track of prostitution rings so they don’t pay taxes which is illegal. Even a crack head hooker on the street doesn’t pay taxes. ANY sort of work where you don’t pay taxes is really illegal! Pornographers (atleast the legit. ones) ususually pay taxes like any other filmmakers. Now, there is also one other HUGE difference. You can get AIDS from a hooker but not from watching porn. Don’t get me wrong, there are many illegal pornographers out there including those who may use underage girls and not have their stars tested for STDs which is the law. One other thing, prostitution is legal in some parts of Nevada as long as strict laws are followed. There are even brothels! One was featured on HBO called the Bunny something or other. AND WHAT YOU SUGGESTED IS SILLY! You and the hooker would have to sign with an established legit. pornography company and be hired and tested for STDs and then have to perform in front of a bunch
