How is sizing done?
As part of the checkout process you will be asked for your normal shoe size. We make our shoes in whole European sizes, so we’ll convert your size to the nearest whole European size when we make your shoe. We can make shoes in the following size ranges: • European 33-43 • Australian 4-12 • US 4-12 • UK 2-10 • Japanese 21 – 28 It’s possible for us to make shoes outside these ranges but we have to make up new shoe moulds so it’s a little more expensive. If you’d like us to make you an extra small or large shoe please email us and we’ll discuss this with you. We can’t promise to get sizing right for you first time, but we’ll certainly do our best and so far we’ve been right about 70% of the time in our first attempt. If your shoes don’t fit we’ll remake/repair them for free per our returns policy. We guarantee you’ll love the shoes, or your money back.
