How is the final e-portfolio submitted?

The e-portfolio, which resides on the portfolio server, is considered “submitted” as of the term deadline (e.g. November 1 (to graduate in December), March 1 (to graduate in May), May 1 (to graduate in June), and August 1 (to graduate in August)). As of those dates all work should be completed. Faculty review can begin any time following those dates.
