How is the list of providers in the network updated or corrected?
The network has more than 500,000 providers. List management consists of obtaining information necessary to delete, edit or otherwise change data for providers and requires the time necessary to make the change. The revised list must then be made available to all parties. The need for change could be due to death, retirement, relocation or a variety of other reasons. If you should learn of a discrepancy in the list, please take a moment to put the information in writing and fax the information to 973-854-4548. Peoples Health Choice will report the information on a report line so that the managers of the lists have the data.
