How is the music dept. structured?

I serve as the worship leader and instruct the vocals, band and choir. I do have key people set in place that help keep things in order. We have section leaders in the choir and a band leader and we all work together as one unit. Tell us about your rehearsals and how you plan for various church events. Our rehearsals are on Thursday nights. We have prayer together and then focus on the agenda set out for the rehearsal. I’ve learned that we as leaders can’t take anyone to any place we haven’t been and what I mean by that is we can’t expect to lead anyone into the presence of God unless we’ve been there first. As far as big events, we do things throughout the year, but our one big thing we do every year is our annual concert in November. Besides music, do you have any other arts active in your church? We have a drama ministry and media ministry. And I guess if Scrapbooking is an “art” we have that too! We also try to do skits and human videos throughout the year. What has been the bigges
