The new site has been designed after extensive consultation with our user groups. It is split into four main areas which can be found under the orange tabs at the top of the screen: NHS procurement – information about how procurement is carried out in the NHS at local, regional and national level. This section also includes information on sustainable development, recruitment, the Centre for Evidence-based Purchasing and eEnablement. Guidance – designed for procurement professionals within the NHS who are undertaking their own procurement exercises. Gives procedural and legal guidance and a range of standard forms, checklists etc as well as training, best practice, research and freedom of information details. Products and services – designed for people within the NHS who wish to source particular products and services and are looking for national contracts or category specific advice. This section is categorised using the NHS-eClass – the product classification standard recommended for
