How is The Ultrasound Trader different than eBay?
eBay is great for rare baseball cards but not the best format for high end medical equipment. If you have a problem with an eBay transaction you are pretty much on your own. We provide a legal umbrella over the transaction in the form of separate buyer and seller contracts. Additionally we facilitate the transfer of funds, withholding 50% of the funds until the system is received and accepted by you. Question: Isn’t there a risk buying a piece of equipment from another physicians office? Do I need to put a warranty on the system? Answer: We offer all our customers a chance to order such things as installations, inspections, training and extended service contracts on an a la carte basis so you buy and pay for only what you need with no hidden costs. Why would you want to pay a premium price for something which you either don’t need or which is redundant?
