How is the University of Rhode Island?
Hey, I’m a senior at URI. I’m from Rhode Island, so I’ll do my best to paint you a picture of the school and its surroundings. Living on campus was a good time. They have great facilities, which have been considerably expanded since I moved off campus. There’s a real nice new dining hall, so you’ll have plenty of fooding options. On-campus jobs are available, as well. I suggest you sign up early, as some have a long waiting list (*cough* computer lab monitors*). I started off in engineering, and they truly have a great program. I ended up transferring to business due to personal interest. The business department is top-notch. Excellent teachers and a highly valuable curriculum. I’m also majoring in psychology. Way easier than business classes (overall). Good teachers, too. You’ll find a variety of courses and topics in the department. Campus itself is entertaining. I never went Greek, but my buddy seemed to enjoy himself.
