How large are the file sizes and how quickly do they download?
The file size is proportional to it’s image size and resolution, an average file size would be 65KB and would download in around 10 seconds on a 56k modem. The download time becomes progressively quicker when navigating a Virtual Tour – (a series of images viewed in the same window). This is because the java applet required to view each panorama is downloaded with the initial VT.
