How long are police records kept for NFA incidents?
not a chance if you was arrested it will be on a record kept on you and that record is never delieted as long as your alive this in the past did not matter, coz if you was not charged it remained on your file but was never disclosed. but since Ian Huntley and the Shoham murders police forces have been advised to disclose infomation on peoples none convicted incidents that might be of concern such as you might be applying for a job as a Caretaker in a school, but way back when you was 20 you got court short when you was out one night with the lads and you had a wee in a bus stop but a passing car saw you and told some police officers that where parked across the road, they arrested you for indecent exposure in a public place but once back at the police station the custody sargent said it was to busy and just give you a warning and boot you out. but do you think the school head will take a chance and give you a job when the enhanced police check has come back saying you was once arrested
