How long before the recipient gets the load?
The recipient will get the load within a few seconds to two (2) minutes after you complete the transaction. However, delays may be encountered if there is heavy traffic in your recipient’s mobile network or during system maintenance. In such cases, your transaction will be queued for retry, and once the mobile network’s prepaid system is restored, load credits will be sent. You will be charged only once per transaction no matter how many times it is retried. If the transaction could not be completed within 24 hours, it will be cancelled and the full amount will be credited back to your wallet.
