It varies. The cabbage will keep up to a year and I have found that some of the fruit chutneys will keep almost that long (although to be cautious I say to consume within 2 months). Pickles have a relative short life- about 3 months, and the ginger carrots are the shortest; they sometimes start to go bad after about a month.
