The three i had have been about 45minutes long so anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, they will let you know before you go in how long it should take

Mine took like 45 minutes it was with out contrast, try to get an open MRI they are nicer.

Just stay still & listen to your favorite music station. It will be over in a couple of hours. If you stay still, it may only take 30 min to 1 hr. But, most people can’t handle staying perfectly still for very long.

About 20 minutes for a full head MRI series if you don’t move at all. Longer if you move a bit. Just lie super super super still and it will be very quick! I got to see pictures of my brain right away – way cool.
