How long does it take a student to complete IPM?
The duration of IPM in Math Concepts and Skills (MCS), Initial Reading (IR), and Reader’s Workshop (RW) is exercise dependent. In MCS, the duration of IPM is 300 exercises. In IR, the duration of IPM is 200-220 exercises and in RW the duration of IPM is 250 exercises. The duration of IPM in Reading Readiness (RR) is session dependent. Students in RR will complete IPM upon the completion of 10 sessions. Based on a usage schedule of 4-5 sessions at 10-20 minutes per session, students should complete IPM in each of these courses in about 2 weeks.
