You can definitly cook a chicken from frozen, as long as it reaches 165 degrees you will not get salmonella poisoning. The rule of thumb is to double your cooking time. Normally I could roast a thawed/fresh chicken at 350 degreees 5-7lbs for 2-2.5hrs so if i was to roast a frozen chicken I would still do 350 degrees but 4-5 hrs. Cooking from frozen should be done with a meat thermometer just to err on the side of caution. Good luck!
