A. The average process, from ordering your new home to moving in, is usually between three to four months. After your blueprint is finalized, your home will go on our production schedule and will typically start in our facility six to eight weeks later. Then, depending on the design of your home, it will take about two weeks on the production line to build the home. It usually takes another week for the home to be delivered to the site and approximately 3-4 weeks for your Heritage Builder to finish the site work and connect all the utilities.
