How long does it take to cash a Paper Check?
It normally takes 3-5 business days to cash a Paper Check from the moment it comes to bank for processing. However, we reserve the right to hold the amount on the check for a period of up to 14 business days in case we are not convinced the check or the money are legal. In such a case the amount on the check rests on a special account for investigation purposes. After the investigation having been completed the amount either will be sent to the payor or to the actual beneficiary.
