How long does it take to return my iPAQ, iPhone, Axim or PSP if sent in for repair?
Our aim is for currently listed repair services to be completed within a fast 3 – 7 working day time frame excluding weekends or bank holidays. Fault finding and diagnostic services may involve a larger time frame. If you are in the UK your iPAQ will be sent back out via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and will be with you before noon on the following working day. If in Europe or America your iPAQ will be shipped via FedEx or DHL and will take depending on the shipping method and location between three and five days. You will receive an email notification of the return shipment of your iPAQ and tracking details.
