Once you have placed your order and supplied the necessary documentation your ssl certificate is usually issued and sent to you via email with 20 minutes to a few hours. If you have not received your certificate for more than 8 hours after submitting required information please send an email to docs@completessl.com. Include your order number and or domain name in the email.
