Data extract acts as a corporate search if you do not save it to the database. It will stay on the system for two business days. If it is saved, it will stay on the system for 6 months. We will be able to revert the expired data extract back into the client’s account by going into the intranet (back end) and going into Client Administration, and select ‘Revert Expired Data Extracts’. You will need the client’s username and corporate number in order to place the data extract back into the account.
