How long should I wait before cleaning and sealing the paved surface?
Before cleaning and sealing a newly paved surface, we recommend that you let the efflorescence rise to the surface of the concrete. As well, wait until the first coat of sealant is visibly worn through before applying a new coat (minimum of two years), as excessive buildup may make the surface slippery.
