How long will it take me to learn enough Latin to read Virgils Aeneid?

In my high school Latin class, we started reading the Aeneid in third year Latin, after reading Caesar’s Gallic Wars in second year Latin. Although the class met every day, we still had five other classes to attend and work on. If you can spend more than an hour a day, and work through the summer, I would say it would take you maybe a year instead of the two years it took us to get to that critical point.
