How long will it take to implement CommADVISOR?
It usually takes a carrier approximately 30 days to “turn up” an electronic billing feed. Cerylion works during this time to encode the customer’s contract and inventory information. Then CommADVISOR automatically analyzes the data for the first billing cycle and gives you the results. If the carrier makes data for previous billing cycles available — most carriers will provide the previous 3 cycles worth of data and some will provide up to 12 cycles — CommADVISOR will automatically analyze that data as well.
