How long will it take to resolve my my issue?
This really is impossible to know for sure. Depending on what your issue is, it may be possible to resolve it in one session. However, for those long-standing patterns, it may take longer. Many clients will book a package of 10 sessions to support a more thorough change of their negative beliefs. We will monitor the on going results as progress is made. This is necessary because deeper layers of the old programs may keep surfacing so that more energy can be released and a new positive program established. This requires new awareness and an appropriate change of behavior.
