How many batches of yogurt can I make with each packet of yogurt starter?
A. With a direct-set yogurt starter, there are generally 4-20 doses per packet with each dose making 1-2 cups of yogurt. With our reusable yogurt starters (aka mother culture), with proper care, you can use one packet to make an unlimited amount of yogurt. A small amount from each batch of yogurt you make with the mother culture is used to make the next batch.
