How many chromosomes are there in Turner syndrome and what is special for the karyotype?

In classic Turner Syndrome, there are only 45 chromosomes rather than the usual 46 (because the cells have only a single X). People with mosaic Turner Syndrome, though, can have some cells that have 45 chromosomes and some that have 46. As far as the karyotype goes, it can be really varied. Mine is this really long one that I’ll never memorize, but just over 60 % of my cells have a single X chromosome. The remaining cells have a second X chromosome, but in each of these, a part of the second X is missing and a part is duplicated. In some of those cells, the second X has formed a ring. Usually, Turners happens because of a random error in cell division when a person’s cells are first dividing. I’m also told that it’s possibly inherited if a parent has a chromosomal reversal. A genetic counselor told me this could be the reason why I have it. And it can be passed on if a woman with Turners is blessed enough to have children of their own (it’s rare, but it happens).
