For Chapter 7 cases: The original documents only (petition, schedules and statements, any attachments). Creditor Mailing Matrix on disk. For Chapter 13 cases: The original documents only (petition, schedules and statements, plan with certificate of service & any attachments). Creditor Mailing Matrix on disk.
