You only ovulate ONE day a month (which can be anywhere from cycle day 8-20) but sperm can live in your body for 3-5 days so you can get pregnant if you have sex in the days leading up to ovulation. Add: google ovulation or family planning but if you are using this as a method of birth control it’s not the best way to go if you don’t know what you are looking for.
