How many I2C slave devices can be placed on the I2C bus on the 802×00 Chips?

This depends on what I2C devices are placed on the I2C bus. Currently the I2C ports are on port 0 winch is a lower powered port(only 1.5ma). If you find you need more power to drive the bus add a current driver to your circuit or contact us and we can supply the same chip with the I2C pins on port 1, of which can supply 20ma.
