How many sets of plans and/or calculations are needed to submit for plan check?
Residential construction projects require 3 sets of plans. Commercial construction projects require 5 sets of plans, two of the plans sets must be wet signed by the architect or engineer and include two sets of structural calculations and energy compliance forms.
