How many weight watchers points would this be….(subway)?
4 points for each 6 inches of wheat bread add about 2 points per every 6 inches of turkey there are no points for the produce if you use the sweet onion sauce it’s 0 points (any of the other sauces have a point value) if you want to keep it low then i would go for a 6″ veggie on wheat with sweet onion sauce = 4 points and add a bag of baked lays (can’t remember the points) THIS WAS THE MEAL THAT I HAD ALL THE TIME WHEN I WAS ON WW.
