How many workers with cancer will receive compensation under Subtitle B of The Act?
It will depend on the types of cancers workers have developed and the levels and types of radiation doses they have received in their workplace. Compensation that has already been paid under Subtitle B can be found under the Statistics section (Program Part B Statistics) on the DOL EEOICP Web site.
