For a first step it only costs to think about it, read about it, talk about it and then step by step change your perspective and your way of thinking. Consequently, this will change your way of acting and your way of taking decisions. All the rest (experts, publications, re-structuring of offices/administrations/processes) can’t be quantified easily. As for many other aspects (like environmental issues) the thesis holds: it’s a question of priorities and determination!
