KidsEmail is free for the first 30 days. The 30 days is a trial period. You are NOT required to pay at anytime for the trial period. You are not required to keep the account. Automatic cancellation of account will occur one month after expiration of trial if no payment is made to continue service. If you decide to keep your subscription to KidsEmail, you may choose between a monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription (best deal). You can view the rates here. HOW MANY CHILDREN ACCOUNTS CAN I HAVE FOR THIS PRICE? Unlike our competitors who charge extra for each child you have, we allow up to 5 children per paying adult! MY CHILD ISN’T RECEIVING ANY EMAILS, WHAT COULD BE WRONG? There are possible reasons why. Check to see if the Mail Queue is enabled. Check to see if the sender is in their contact list (if ACCEPT MAIL FROM CONTACT LIST ONLY is enabled). If the contact list only is enabled, the messages will be in the Parent Trash, which can be retrieved within 30 days.
