You could eat a whole farm full of pineapple and it still might not help. None of those things will guarantee labor. They WILL give you diarrhea though. Pineapple is a natural laxative. Mixed with the castor oil you already took, you’ll most likely be on the toilet for the rest of your pregnancy if you don’t stop. Never, ever take castor oil without first speaking with your obstetrician. For some women, its not safe to take. It can also cause problems if you don’t know how much to take. It will cause diarrhea which in turn will cause dehydration which can cause MAJOR problems with your pregnancy. Don’t do it. Sex and walking are the most natural and safest ways to help induce labor, so stick to that. Your baby will be born when s/he is ready. Just hang in there. We all go through this.
