How much funding can my tribe request under the Recovery Act Grants to Indian Tribal Governments Program?
New applicants may request up to $450,000, and current grantees may request up to $1 million. All interested applicants are advised to closely consider the amount of funding they intend to request. The funding available under the Recovery Act is one-time funding, and continuation funding is not guaranteed. It is unlikely that OVW will be able to offer recipients continuation funding for any activities initiated under this program.
