How much is it to climb Mount Kinabalu?
I would say next January is a good a time as any to climb Mount K. I’m 19 and I did it myself in June this year, and it’s an amazing experience, one that you shouldn’t miss out if you’re in the area! Laban Rata is the accommodation located at 3,000m up Mt. K, and there is no other place to stay. The price may seem expensive, but that is one night’s accommodation, 3 meals, and you must also take into consideration that everything up there had to be bought by porters. If you can’t afford to stay there then your only choice would be to attempt to climb Mt.
