How much is rent in Indianapolis for a furnished apartment?
Most furnished apartments rent for $1200-$1600 per month. If arranged through Lilly, rent is currently $750 for 4 weeks and $25 per day beyond that time. The rent remains $750 regardless of being assigned a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartment. Student will be assigned a 2-bedroom if there is another student of the same gender completing a rotation at the same time. Please indicate if you would like to room with someone you know. Regardless of the number of roommates, you will still pay $750 for the month.
