How much money should accompanying staff bring?
• Staff should bring a small float for emergencies, incidentals, telephone calls, taxis, doctor’s call-out fees and first aid provisions (plasters etc). Varsity Travel provide for most staff refreshments, purchasing staff coffees throughout the day, wine with dinners and some evening refreshments in the hotel. We recommend that a float of approximately 100 is sufficient for the group leader’s requirements, depending on the size of the group.
