How much paid paternity leave are dads entitled to?
In the UK they have to give a minimum two weeks paternity leave, but I don’t think it has to be paid leave. It definitely doesn’t have to be full pay even if there is a law that is has to be paid. The company where my parter works give two weeks paid at £100 per week, flat rate. Knowing that company like I do, that will be either the absolute minimum they are legally required to give, or pretty close to it.
