My daughter weighed 19 pounds at 12 months, and my 9 month old weighs about 23 pounds (talk about different genes!) They are both healthy and in a normal range.

Your baby should weigh at least three times thier birth weight at a year old. Most baby’s weigh from 18-22 pounds but it totally depends on what your baby weighed at birth and how you are feeding them, breast milk or formula and what solids they are getting.

it depends on their birth weight i was always told by a year old aslong as they have tripled their birth weight then they are doing just great
