How much time will the weekend ice and classroom time run?

The schedule for the weekend will be a Friday evening and then Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 4 pm. There will be time for lunch and rest in between sessions. The total on ice time for the weekend is almost 5 hours with seminars in between.
