Every 2 to 3 days for optimum sperm number and quality. Sperm can survive up to 7 days and your egg will survive for 24 hours so you don’t need to be having intercourse at the correct hour. Cycles can differ so don’t just have intercourse around the time you think you are ovulating, you could be a week out.
