How often should I practise?
There is no straight-forward answer to this question. It depends on what you are looking to get out of the yoga and how much time you have to do your yoga. There are students with a weekly practice who get a lot out of this yoga. There are students with a daily practice whose lives have been changed by this yoga. There are students who started out practising once a week and find themselves making time in their busy lives to practise three, four, five times a week over time. Fundamentally, the more you put into your yoga, the more you will get out of it!
